North BayRugby​

Founded the spring of 2018, the middle school girls program was created to prepare players for competition at the the high school level and beyond.  The girls play tackle rugby in the Chesapeake Rugby Conference.  No experience is required.  All players grades 5 through 8 (or home school equivalent) are welcome to play.

Head coach, Jeff Adamczyk, has over 27 years of experience as a rugby player and over 20 years of experience coaching men and women at the high school, collegiate, and senior levels.  Core skills and principles of the Game are taught, while maintaining a fun, yet competitive environment.

• February through May (and throughout the year at various tournaments)
